When I’m asked what motivates me most, it’s an easy answer - people. I work with an amazingly talented team at @ConsideredAgency, a web development agency I run with my co-founder @NathalieReiter. Together we have helped over 1,000 organisations scale online.We are lucky enough to collaborate with clients who share our values. The result is customised, user-focused websites that our clients enjoy using, and we love building. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝘀𝘂𝗺 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼…I come from a technical background, cutting my teeth in big ad agencies like Ogilvy, before I ventured out on my own nearly 20 years ago, and never looked back. I bring all that experience to @ConsideredAgency focusing on the technical side of web development and managing a clever team that I grow with every day. I have close to 30 years’ of experience online. I’ve worked with international brands like Microsoft and IBM, and run large dev teams. I solve clients’ issues first, then build a solution around that. This process hasn't changed, but the tech I use to deliver it has. I believe that smooth projects = happy clients.
