CurrentResponsible for IT Trading Production Support Team, which performs morning checks, day to day level 2/ level 3 support, develop and maintain tools to assist with production support, work with Development and QA teams to successfully roll out application changes into production while maintaining stability.* Proven record of automation* Strong understanding of low latency trading systems* Strong understanding of redundant, high availability design concepts as pertaining to equity trading systems.* Great communication skills* Strong problem solving skills* Ability to perform at the highest level under pressure.Working in a team that provide 24 x 7 x 365 coverage performing L1 & L2 support and troubleshooting/triage of incidents, working trouble tickets, completing escalation management, providing monitoring support at the infrastructure, application & middleware layers, and reporting/resolving of incidents for production environments, my responsibilities also include to ensure that incident, problem, change management, and risk management procedures and processes are applied and followed as required to mitigate client impacts and operate within defined SLAs, also the identification and use of best practices/implementation of new processes and disciplines.Accountable to develop and implement tactical and strategic approaches to eliminate incidents, or the reoccurrence of service disruptions, to lower the probability of reoccurrence, or to lessen the impacts from incidents.Part of the Project Management Office (PMO) to follow and coordinate between projects to go live new solutions or manage the evolution of existing ones.
