- Organize the development and production of educational videos (every month a 3-5 min clip for approx. 8 Million viewers worldwide).- Provide the direct oversight for the Videoteam which consists of 8 fulltime members and 25 part-time commuter and remote worker.- Allocate resources, recruit staff and take casting decisions.- Develop and monitor extensive reports to track budget, schedule, and ensure that the project scope is being delivered.- Restructure the Department according to the guidelines from Headquarters in Patterson/New York.- Serve as liaison with Headquarters and video teams in other countries in order to enhance workflows, communication and time management.

- Provided direct oversight for the Application Support Team with 15 fulltime members. Assigned tasks and monitored staff performance.- Organized the rollout and user training of our new ERP and CRM software, new software modules and features for 30 departments with 1,000 users and 800 clients.- Implemented company procedures according to the guidelines from Headquarters in Fishkill/New York in at least 15 departments resulting in exceptional workflow improvements.- Identified stakeholder needs and ensured their implementation.- Developed and organized Training Classes for 1,000 users for our ERP and CRM Software to enhance performance and user satisfaction. This includes live training, recording online tutorials and creating training manuals for users in English and German.

- Investigated, tracked and managed escalated client issues by ticketing system- Provided first and second level support for Microsoft products (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote)- Enhanced department workflows by programming and maintaining 30 different VBA Macro solutions with SQL Server connection (e.g. retrieving data from the server and analyzing it with Excel)- Organized training classes and developed training material for Microsoft Products in English and German to enhance user performance for beginners and advanced users (with up to 30 pages per manual).
