Joined the Kingston Family as a part-time Tourism & Hospitality consultant just as I graduated from Start-Up Chile. Among the roles that I was able to lead, designing and implementing an operational framework for the new hospitality department and later launch of the new tasting room (overlooking to the stunning Casablanca Valley) would be the top, leading travel agencies outreach, overseeing T&D for the hospitality team, collaborating business development and marketing as needed. However, the Start-Up Chile connection made me gravitate naturally towards the MBA visits that I was able to host. We welcomed undergrads and Executive MBA students from over 150+ faculties from the USA, UK & Europe as we discussed the case studies written by Stanford University.Having spent this time collaborating with the Kingston Family helped me to stay tuned-in with the Tourism & Hospitality industry while continued developing my own my travel tech business in tandem. The Kingston Family are entrepreneurs by heart and joining their team was a great move in my professional development, as they are incredible humans beings who lead by example and promote collaboration in all directions.

After a long journey we submitted our project "TravelDesk" to Start-Up Chile on September, got notified on December and joined the accelerator on February 2016 as part of Generation 15.This is "living the start-up", "breathing the start-up", "crying the start-up". This program has showed me that being an entrepreneur is all about work, commitment, determination, resilience, passion, and lots of stubbornness, and did I say hard work?, no sleep, no weekends, no holidays.TravelDesk has seen lots of changes and keeps evolving as we evolve as well. After completing a ten years career on a floating hotel, never imagined that I would go back again to the hospitality business, but as with most things in life, there are chapters that can't be avoided and my arrival to Hotel Orly was not an accident. I was offered to lead the new hotel upgrades, from the financial, operational, technology and catering to human resources.My daily routine and interactions with guests, helped me to shape my business idea about TravelDesk.

After having spent two months in NYC training on advanced film editing plus my countless years of creative writing (always on the side), decided that it was about time to give some extra attention to my artsy mind by focusing on working my narrative, both written and visually.Nov 2012: Hired by Common Pitch USA, to direct all the video coverage for the first entrepreneurial festival organized in Chile in 2012 with Al Gore as the main speaker. https://vimeo.com/56373500April 2013: Edited the video trailer for 'Buscando a Maria', a CHV TV series. The production company received full funding by CNTV and aired the show on 2015.July 2013: Wrote my first memoir "Rebel at 33" in English, aimed to become an e-book to inspire young entrepreneurs from humble beginnings. This has been the most important chapter in my professional life (so far).I left my country a few days after having turned 23. The plan was to go abroad and work for one year, to save enough money and make it to New York and enroll in some filmmaking class. Little I knew that cruise ships had something different for me, so from being a photographer and videographer, two years later I became photo lab manager until my offshore supervisor noticed that I had some managerial skills and gave me a chance. He said, the best way to move up is to work your way up and that's what I did... I made my goal to achieve and surpass every single target that was given to me and that's how in seven years I went from the smallest to the World's largest ships afloat (Oasis and Allure of the Seas), leading a group a 26 photographs, producing 60,000 pictures a week and making up to a million dollars a month (during high season).
