Common Grounds is an open-source initiative by Dimpact in which a business system is built in various separate components. Our team is building a case handling component. The case handling component works together with Open case, Flowable, Open notification, Object registrations and Open forms, among others.The application is developed with Java 17 and Angular. The application is deployed on a Kubernetes cluster on Google Cloud. The application works together with other open-source applications within Common Grounds. The application has its own relational database for storage, which uses flyway for mutations. Google Cloud is used as CI/CD tool.Other technologies and tools used are IntelliJ, Postman, GIT, Maven, JDK 17, Angular, Typescript, Wildfly, Google Cloud, Apiary, Github and Atlassian stack

Within the organisation, several applications make use of a central document store that need to be migrated to a new platform. This new platform will host several services, based on the Microservice principles. These services provide CRUD operations on the metadata of a document and the possibility to offer the content of a document. Depending on the data sensitivity of the document and the GDPR requirements, additional actions may be taken on the document to meet these requirements.All services were developed by using Spring Boot 2 and REST. The services are deployed on Pivotal Cloud Foundry. The data is stored in Azure, specifically Cosmos DB and the BLOB Storage. Azure DevOps is used as CI/CD tool. Other technologies and tools used are IntelliJ, Postman, GIT, Maven, JDK 11, Spring Security / Actuator / Netflix Hystrix / AOP / Unit test, Swagger, Apiary and API Platform Cloud from Oracle, Splunk, Confluence

The Standard Platform was a private cloud environment realized for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. The environment was used for government agencies to be able to start developing quickly and effectively, without waiting on servers and other facilities.Tasks:- Creating a Java Spring application.- Creating a SQLite database application.- Creating a React application.- Tracking the applications on GitLab.- The applications start in Docker.- The Docker containers cluster in Kubernetes / MiniKube.- Place the cluster on Google Cloud and the Standard Platform.Methods and techniques:Java Spring, React, SQLite, GitLab, OpenShift, Google Kubernetes Engine, Kubernetes, Minikube,Docker.

For Dimpact, a cooperative association of municipalities, the e-Suite was developed and rolled out at around 35 municipalities. This software was continuously updated and improved and expanded. The e-Suite software from Atos was generically applicable software (front office, mid office and link to existing back office systems).
