She has developed itself over the years as a highly reliable partner for the Networkmanagementcompanies in the Netherlands, both Privately and Public owned.The last years Siers has concentrated on designing, building and maintaining these networks often based on longterm contracts.The new situation in the Netherlands with the so called Energy-transition (shifting from a gas driven economy to a renewable energy driven economy) calls for a different approach: building in multiplied speed new electrical networks in the greater part of the Netherlands.A new organizations is build within Siers (under close collaboration with other clients and other Market Parties) to ensures goals are met: new developments, Higher building speed, integrating capacities out of other branches, all to acceptable prices given the challenge ahead.It is my responsibility to set up and grow this projectorganisatie within the organization of Siers.Siers is van origine een dienstverlener actief in het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van ondergrondse infrastructuur. Ze doet dit al jaren lang en maakt een gezonde groei door. Tot nu toe was ze vooral actief in de langlopende contracten afgesloten met (semi) overheids partijen / netwerkbeheerders van Nederland. Daarnaast bediend Siers ook commerciele bedrijven.Nu door omstandigheden Nederland schakelt van een op gas gebaseerde economie naar een op basis van renewable energie gebaseerde economie (m.n. op elctriciteits gebaseerd) is de energietransitie een feit.Om dit goed aan te pakken met verhoogde snelheid en door inzet van vernieuwende techniek en (netwerktechnologie) zijn de traditionele contracten niet de geëigende wijze dit te organsiateren.Binnen Siers is er een separaat organisatieonderdeel opgericht om dit vanuit Siers te helpen vormgeven; Siers Projecten.
