Providing advice on appropriate case strategies for the preservation, collection, research, review andproduction of data for Legal, Group Internal Audit, Compliance & Operational Risk Control andGroup Investigations matters• Ensuring cost-effective delivery of cases and alignment with relevant policies, laws and regulations,as well as data privacy and security requirements• Offering subject matter expert (SME) project support for the rollout and integration of the eDiscoverymanagement tool• Conducting training sessions for stakeholders on the internal review platform and the end-to-endeDiscovery service offering• Acting as an eDiscovery SME for managing high-risk global complex litigation and investigations, andassisting EMEA and Swiss stakeholders and other jurisdictions • Facilitating the development and implementation of regional and international projects, including,cross-border legal assessment tools and defensible disposal initiatives

Practice areas: advising clients on several EU policy areas (including, inter alia, free-trade regulation, cartels and merger regulation) and pursuing complaints and legal actions for national and international law infringements; planning and implementing communication activities (e.g. informative notes, meeting planning); rekindling of the department’s Know How database. In addition, the job involves issues related to advertising law, marketing and analysis of agency and distribution agreements.
