Focal point at program level for construction systems implementation for 3 different projects in Portugal, at Sines refinery, with client Galp. The projects are VDU, HVO, GreenH2 and are part of Galp’s program to reduce the carbon footprint of the refinery and its products. Projects will transform the Sines refinery into one of the most important low-carbon platforms in Portugal.I'm the program leader to implement and run all the TE.N in-house tools to monitor construction site activities (Planning&Progress, Quality Management, Construction Workfront, Piping prefabrication, Steel Structure prefabrication and erection, Punch List Management, Preservation Management, Precommissioning and Commissioning, Handover to the client, 3d Visualization reporting).
