Responsible for uniting private and public sector leaders equipped with innovative and disruptive ideas to tackle development issues at large-scale business forums and enabling the International Green Finance Sector to use these forums as a business development tool to identify new partners and projectsCoordinate with the private arm of the Bank, (IIC) Inter American Investment Corporation and the Ministries in the region the dissemination and understanding of new green finance and sustainable infrastructure products like NDC Invest, helping countries achieve their goals related to National Determined Contributions and the Paris AgreementContributed to designing technical assistance projects to help strengthen the regulatory environment and support innovative PPPs (soft PPPs) in education and healthAdvised several PPP projects aiming to create Central PPP Units at the national level to streamline and strengthen the understanding and implementation of PPPs as an innovative procurement tool for the public sector, helping to train national and sub-national governments on PPP fundamentals, including project selection, Value for Money, Unsolicited Proposals, etcResponsible for fundraising, planning, and managing all strategic outreach programs for MIF's high-level business networking forums (Foromic, CSR Americas, PPP Americas) while simultaneously creating solid, long-term relationships with foreign governments, impact investors, regional private sector organizations, local companies as well as Multinationals (including Citibank, MasterCard, Pepsi, Coca Cola, General Motors, HP, Toyota, PWC, Deloitte, OHL) Responsible for the fundraising, planning, multi-year business plans and projections, execution, supervision and accountability of Technical Cooperation’s and International Business Network meetings, bringing together Heads of State, CEOs, investors and prominent industry leaders to discuss pressing current issues and forthcoming regional business opportunities.
