After completing my degree in Business Administration, I decided to pursue my passion for fashion by undertaking a master's program in Fashion Marketing in English, with the aim of enhancing my skills in the fashion industry.In 2021, together with my brother, I founded Mirial, a brand of men's and women's shoes. My responsibilities as co-founder of the Mirial brand are:-Conceptualization and development of the collections, personally handling the development of samples, material research, procurement of raw materials, and monitoring the progress of production;-Management of relationships with suppliers;-Resource management and budget allocation;-Research for showrooms in Milan, Paris, and Shanghai, followed by personal sales during fashion weeks (Milan FW23-24/Shanghai FW 23-24/Milan SS24/ShanghaiSS24/ParisFW25 Men/Milan FW25/Shanghai FW25)-Artistic direction of photo shoots;-Creation of Look Books, Catalogs, ,Brand Profile presentations and place order line sheets to effectively communicate the brand's vision and style-Order acquisition and contract management:Acquisition and negotiated and finalized commercial contracts with international clients : Cannabis (Tokyo) A Favor (Sydney), Eth0s (Shanghai), Evenbuyer (China), Coco Li (South Africa), Channel 9, S2W, WHH Paris (China)-Full management of communication on social channels;-E-commerce management (product uploading, order shipments, and CRM).Additionally, I personally oversee Mirial Heritage, a luxury slipper brand from the same mother company Mirial SRL.I have managed three editions of PITTI Uomo with Mirial Heritage, coordinating both preparation and managing client relations. Actively involved in client acquisition and contract negotiation during and after the event.
