Arcipelago is a company, active at national level in the field of training, mainly oriented to the IT sphere.The innovative teaching method developed byArcipelago first under the brand of Scuola Generali, after under brand "x4mance", a leading company in the sector with 500 basic courses per month.The undersigned started to collaborate with Arcipelago when it was still at the beginning of the activity and therefore totally to be structured, both from an administrative / financial point of view, and from a Marketing / Sales point of view.My previous experiences, combined with in-depth knowledge of the most varied business problems, have meant that I could develop the skills of the existing work team, as well as create a new network of affiliates for the marketing of services. In a few months the turnover has undergone a considerable increase and this has meant that in June Arcipelago became part of the Sintesi S.p.a. Group, moving, in this regard, its registered office from Rimini to Milan and the operational one in Cesena. Eurocad is a small operating services company in the IT sector of which the writer was a partner together with his family.In addition to performing the duties of the role of Managing Director, the undersigned also served as commercial, administrative and financial director, and was often involved in the operational management of the company. In this regard, I would like to underline that I personally procured and managed all of Eurocad's client portfolio, including among them international companies, market leaders such as Mannesmann and Astaldi Spa.
