I am the Plant Manager for Hilite International Dallas Division. A Tier 1 supplier in the Powertrain Components of the automotive industry (engine applications).- In this role I lead the company's camphaser manufacturing plant. Our most exciting work to date was creating a responsive operation to changes in our business market and customer expectations. Not only did we have fun making adjustments to how we operate but also we found it rewarding to see our facility becoming stable, predictable and recognized by our customers as premier provider becoming award-winners for perfect delivery and quality. - We are passionate about exceeding all targets.
