---- IBM S.p.A. I worked in IBM starting from 2003 until 2016, during this period i covered differents roles and positions on several projects.I worked as technical leader on several product components, I supplied mentorship to the new team members (international too).On September 2013 I moved nine months to the IBM Montpelier Laboratory, as subject matter expert, to lead the design and implementation of the new solution for the provisioning of the e-learning courses IBM WW.In this period I built strong competencies and skills regarding all the software life cycle phases. ---- Arma dei CarabinieriStarting from march 2018 I joined to Arma dei Carabinieri as a "Selected Reserve" commissioned officer, with the rank of captain. I have been called to serve as ICT/Digital advisor to the High Command of Carabinieri (Italian Gendarmerie and Military Police) and leader of key projects related to the digitalization of their core processes and institutional mission. In this period I built solid relationships and a strong trust, thanks to the knowledge of communication and technical skills.---- Leonardo S.p.A.Since 2020 i work in Leonardo S.p.A. as Program Manager. Currently I have the responsibility of the projects program regarding the document system dell'Arma dei Carabinieri, one of the biggest in Europe in terms of documents volume and users number.
