I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, mostly in environmental field, where I was not just the Project Manager, but also inspirational trainer, interface with Ministries and other public authorities and proactive towards Waste Zero philosophy that the company I’m working for is developing. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same. In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to presentation. I have a broad experience on coordinating grant proposal for environmental projects for the European Commission, where important skills for planning, budget allocations are required. At the same time I write and prepare presentations related to the Circular Economy and Waste Management plans with the goal towards Waste Zero. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping the materials for a top-level meeting.Environmental awareness is one of the key elements in a Waste Management project, when the stakeholders are constantly involved, trained and informed about environmental and waste issues, excellent results are achievable. I have collaborated in creating, the REC - Sustainable Development Academy in the South East Europe, Russia, Black Sea countries and Contarina’s Academy on waste management.As International Relations Manager, I’m constantly invited to present Contarina’s waste management successful model, in several high level events at international level and host national and international delegations at our headquarter. Where I have the possibility to demonstrate how an efficient waste management model could be developed.Last but certainly not least, I’m the team leader in International projects in Latin America, Africa and South Eastern Europe.
