RESPONSIBILITIES• Managing all the collections made in 18K gold, diamonds, precious stones and pearls. • Development of conceptual direction and design, including research, mood-boards and sketches. • Overseeing the design process managing the activity of the 3D design team and assisting master craftsmen in preparation of samples and product optimization.• Working with factories to ensure that proper interpretation of designs are executed into actual samples. • Creating and maintaining design and development calendars to ensure all deadlines are met. • Coordinating product development process within the manufacturers network and directly dealing with stone suppliers in India and Europe. • Liaising with jewellery manufacturers to ensure the quality of the product and timely delivery. • Responsible for the seasonal budget. • Day to day team management of 8 people across departments: design, product development and production.
