Team Leader of a group of five people in charge in Nafta for the business planning, the supply chain and the product portfolio.Fundamental contributor of the recent growth of the company in the Region in sales and profitability. Notable Accomplishments:• Established and implemented a renovated product portfolio focused on the American consumers that enabled sales to growth up double digit each year (CAGR11-15: 14%).• Developed and implemented a “make to order” business model with two top strategic customers that improved service level from low 70% to 98% fill rate, cut down stock and increase sales by 25%+ YtY. • Coordinating the start-up (from late 2012 on) of a new factory in the Region, with defining its ramp up in term of product mix to industrialize and total volumes capacity required.• Set and manage collaborative meeting with the major Customers in the Region maximizing the phase in of the new products and improve the planning and visibility of the demand, consequently to improve present and future service level. • Trained and constantly enhanced the Team to pursue and achieve new targets of process improvement and customer satisfaction.

- Managing the planning of physical distribution of company products to meet company and customer requirements. This includes inventory planning & control, product availability. Markets include US and Canada Replacement, Motorsport- Managing with HQ the production volumes for the NA Market, both for Original Equipment and Replacement channel- Discussing with the Producers (Europe, Latam, China) the mix to be produced and shipped to the NA Market..- Managing the stock balancing between the NA warehouses. - Meeting KPIs on inventory levels and customer fill rates- Managing relationships and information availability with sales, customers, supply-producing countries and HQ Logistics.- Supply the datas about the stock, in transit, back order recovery plan, production for the financial forecasts- Optimizing USA production requirement and allocation process with inputs from Sales, Manufacturing and Sector Logistics.- Managing the export. Direct and coordinate daily operational business aspects focused on physical distribution of products to meet company and customer requirements. Provide expert oversight in inventory planning and control including product availability within US and Canada Replacement, Motorsport NA. Regularly interface with the producers in Europe, Brazil, and China, in which the mix to be produced and shipped to the NA market for Replacement channel. Carry out stock balancing between the NA warehouses consisting of six facilities. Solidify long-term quality relationships and ensure information availability with sales, customers, supply-producing countries, and sector logistics.
