I am a project manager with a solid background in managing European projects, including the European Solidarity Corps, Erasmus+ accreditation, the European Social Fund+, and other local social projects such as Civico 13 – the youth desk of Trentino. Networking and communication are my strengths.As a trainer, I have worked with diverse target groups and in different languages. In my sessions, I enjoy facilitating learning by making it engaging and dynamic, using gamification and role-playing concepts.Project implementation, reporting, project accounting, creation of reports, and online and offline communication. Asociaţia Mladiţa aims to be a reference center for the Romanian population, with particular attention to the linguistic and ethnic minorities in the area. Born from and fueled by international collaboration and cooperation projects, it continues initiatives for the integration, education, and employment of disadvantaged individuals.During my experience, I had the opportunity to assist with the association's various activities. Specifically, I collaborated in developing and implementing an integration plan for a local disadvantaged family, analyzing their educational needs and networking with various local institutions.I also participated in several activities in the agricultural and farming sector, using machines and technical tools for greenhouse cultivation of various products.

It started as a full-time volunteer project after the high school, but then it turned into a real opportunity to learn new competences, languages and play the game as educator.The Organisation L'Arche has a horizontal structure, where people with learning difficulties and social workers live together 24h on 24. Work becomes life and co-workers become family.There I had the chance to prove myself and I met a lot of professionals, who taught me everyday something new about the educational sphere, form phycology to pedagogy.
