Asociaţia Mladiţa aims to be a reference center for the Romanian population, with particular attention to the linguistic and ethnic minorities in the area. Born from and fueled by international collaboration and cooperation projects, it continues initiatives for the integration, education, and employment of disadvantaged individuals.During my experience, I had the opportunity to assist with the association's various activities. Specifically, I collaborated in developing and implementing an integration plan for a local disadvantaged family, analyzing their educational needs and networking with various local institutions.I also participated in several activities in the agricultural and farming sector, using machines and technical tools for greenhouse cultivation of various products.
