CurrentI am a Project Director, certified by the International Project Management Association (IPMA®), with 20+ years of experience in project management and oil & gas business. In the past 20 years I have got significant experiences with all top Oil&Gas Investors (Petrobras, Total, Shell, Chevron, Exxon Mobil, Saudi Aramco, Gazprom, etc) succeeding in complex and international projects (15 Projects | $5 Billion). Currently I am appointed as Project Director for the largest Program in the Baker Hughes portfolio ever (VG Program). This Program consists of 7 Mega-Projects ($10 Billion) and 126 LNG Trains serving the Venture Global Plants in Louisiana. In 2012 I have been appointed as Project Director for one of the most challenging projects ever managed by the Company, Cessão Onerosa ($702 Million), leading a multicultural team of 320 people. Cessão Onerosa was associated with a strong local content requirement, including the erection of a new factory in Brazil to perform the operations locally. Considering the complexity of the challenge and the outstanding results achieved, this project has been selected to participate to the 2015 IPMA® Project Excellence Award in Panama. I have personally designed the training program, including a tailored project management business case, and I deliver training courses to a multicultural students team twice a year.In 2002 I graduated in Mechanical Engineering (5 years) with final mark of 110/110 cum Laude (Pisa University).
