Pre-sales consultancy in digital printing for flexible packaging, folding carton and labels. My role doesn't include only the printing process but the whole production process. It includes technical and economical aspects, return of investment calculations and strategic decisions.Marketing and Sales strategic actions on Italian Market.

Working in a plant with 300+ persons, directly reporting to the Plant Manager, sharing my knowledge with the other plants of the Group, mainly situated in Europe (one in China). Since January 2013 I manage a new production department for special orders and items. I developed all the technological aspects, logistic and suppliers coordination (10 persons reporting directly plus three external suppliers). Moreover, as New Technologies Manager, my duties primarily include (gravure printing, lamination, extrusion coating, blown film extrusion lines, slitting):• Equipment specifications to meet the final tasks• Market solution(s) analysis and supplier(s) choice• Technical contract analysis• Installation follow-up• Different teams coordination (sub-contractors) during installation• Start-Up and Commissioning• Project cost and timing control and reporting• Developing new production processes/solutions (a patent is registered at my name)

- Coordination of 5 persons (software and hardware for machine automation)- Software development for machine automation (including Human Machine Interfaces)- In-house start-up and tests- Machine start-up abroad (various countries)

- At the beginning, software developer for machine automation.- Later employed also in machine start-ups (in-house and abroad for several times and forlong periods)- Lastly I was in charge to coordinate 8 persons (software and hardware for machineautomation)
