My name is Marco. I hold a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from Bath University. I am due to graduate in September 2024 with an MSc in Performance Football Coaching. I began coaching football at 17 years of age, whilst working towards my personal trainer qualification. I eventually received my Level 3 qualification in January 2020. After training individuals for approximately a year (online due to COVID) I began working as a football coach. I have been coaching football for the last 8 years. I have experience coaching players of all ages and ability, ranging from grassroots, semi-professional, and professional players. Furthermore, I have been working at the Chelsea FC Foundation, leading the U9-U10 girls’ development centre, with the hopes of preparing them for the academy side. Coaching has taught me many components that are important when it comes to being a leader. I learned the importance of organization, management, patience, communication, and more. The experience I have gained from coaching has led me to become the owner of my own sports business, where we offer the following:*1:1 football coaching.*Small-group football sessions.*Strength & Conditioning.*Fitness Classes.I am always learning and aiming to improve everyday.
