The luxury resort of the Six Senses group.Management of the executive interior design project on the architectural, structural and systems project.The Japanese studio SPIN was responsible for the interior design of the suites of the resort and the Castle, and the architectural project is by the Woods Bagot studio in London. The work carried out consists of an executive drawing project in various scales ranging from 1:20 to 1:1 which links the project of the finishes and architectural furnishings, fixed and mobile, with the structure and coordination of both local and local consultants. international and consultancy with the various suppliers, to resolve the various system and structural problems that are identified during the process of 'adapting' the interior project to the built environment.Procedure which took place in 3 phases: Schematic, Conceptual and Executive up to the identification of the FF&E of the architectural interiors, such as boiserie and finishes for fixed and mobile furnishings. The design was also coordinated for the purposes of fire classification and Sustainability and Environmental Management System, for the acquisition of the required certification. Particular attention was focused on identifying potential design and technical problems, studying specific solutions to minimize errors in the construction phase but also for the visual impact on the finishes and optimize the functionality of the MEP and Home Automation system, with a collaborative approach and decisive and in compliance with Six Senses standards. NSWThe Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area gained their name as a result of the blue haze that covers them when seen from distance because the extensive Eucalyptus bushland give off eucalyptus oil from their leaves. The mountains are about two hour drive from the city of Sydney and is an ideal destination for that romantic gateway or family escape and due to the increasing number of tourists, it emerged the opportunity to develop accommodations.The Hotel will be developed in an area of 1800m² retaining a portion of the existing structure and extending to one side allowing the second wing so we could have a bedroom the size of 35 to 40 m² increasing the category of the hotel and therefore, the services. The architectural design has been studied and elaborated in a way that the impact of the new development merges with the existing residential houses and keeps the suburban character. The facade has been divided in several architectural sections giving a more organic appeal, merging with the surroundings and, with a measured landscape and exterior design, gives the perfect feeling of a peaceful retreat.• Home Central 9-67 Chapel Road, Bankstown. NSWDrive through café for 100% Australian-owned and operated coffee chain founded in 1996 in Gold Coast and now expanding to Sydney. The site is located at the entrance of Home Central shopping mall and the overall area is about 300 square meters, surrounded by landscape and featured with an under cover terrace. Dincell wall system has been used for the structure along a low profile roof with curved fascia and featured with double led stripes along the edge. The internal gross area of 150 sqm and 50 seats and is taking place of an existing car park. Coordinating with CRD, Aventus, HGW Projects, K2.

Each lot is composed with a warehouse and loading bay at the ground floor and main office in the mezzanine. The concept is to maximize the potential of the 6400m² of the area doubling up the volume and at the same time, giving to the architectural form, a more functional and creative shape treating the facade with modern materials like translucent colored Danpal panels and perforated metal panels to achieve a morphological element to merge with the natural environment and the surrounding buildings.• Industrial Warehouse development for Fastway Couriers at 2 Hume Hwy, Chullora - NSWDA for 20,000 sqm warehouse with annexed 1,500 sqm Main Office and 190 sqm Dock office. With the study of the structure, particular attention has been given to the position on site, of the “shed” to allow the circulations and docking of the trucks. The main office has two levels, with modern open spaces to optimize the space and common areas to connect co-workers over something other than work and a generous recreational area has been set to the sunniest side of the area. The design of the façade it's articulated to the 3 sides of the office and a square frame is running around the corner to the bottom of the façade increasing the elegance of the entrance.• Industrial Warehouse development for Charter Hall at 290 Kurrajong Road, Prestons - NSWDA for 30,000 sqm warehouse with annexed 500 sqm Main Office and 110 sqm Dock office and a small funky café with outdoor seating area and featured garden. The one level main office is reflecting a company’s culture, with open spaces workplaces and bright meeting rooms and recreational indoor and outdoor areas. The elevation along Kurrajong road it has been treated to mitigate the impact with the opposite residential site with stacked vertical metal blades and painted with gradient of colors. -

New fit-out for a charming little café within the arcade of Lygon Court with a funky layout for walls and joinery featured with a bench-wall made with horizontal timber slats shaped as waves and external seats. • Mrs. Trishee, Shop 8 / 18 Albert Street, Footscray, Melbourne. New fit-out for a nice cake shop within the complex of Footscray Plaza. Challenging was to adapt the existing structure, with the new business and utilities.Architectural drawings and documentation for Town Planning (DA) and Working Drawings (DC) for to two industrial developments as described below: • 105 Newlands Road, Coburg North, Melbourne. 90,490m² of land developed with 85 industrial warehouses with a variety of layouts and façades to suite a wide range of business. The Industrial Estate comprises as well of 3 Commercial buildings of 1000m² approx. each, facing Newlands road and suitable for those business which are searching representative building and visibility.The cost of the whole industrial development it’s been estimated around 50M.• 1 to 5 Photography Drive Coburg North, Melbourne. 7,500m² of land developed with 12 Warehouses, Offices and Showrooms. The design of the façade facing Newlands road and Photography drive, aim to represent the industrial adress of the premises, and shaping the building with the form of the title adjacent the road.• Study of feasibility and development configurations, aiming to establishing the optimal development yield, together with analyzing the key issues for urban design in the planning approval process in collaboration with councils Town Planners and often, with the engagement of specialist consultants to advice on key aspects of the proposed design and process.• Feasibility study for development of a student accommodation in Clayton, Melbourne. The perforated aluminum screen, aim to give more privacy but at the same time a dynamic flux to the facade and the corners.

Presentation with Power Point of the proposed development to highlight the areas within the site and how to address the buildings and facilities.•Ex-Club Med(Now Paradù) - Council of Castagneto Carducci, Marina di Donoratico, LivornoIt is a territory of 36ha extended along the coast of Maremma. The Study of feasibility for the redevelopment of the existing touristic structures, it has been addressed to minimize the impact of the new proposal, with the existing landscape and the urban environment and optimize and increase the leasable areas adopting light and natural structures. The purpose was to retain the existing structure and redesig with a modern touch, to reduce and optimize the impact to the lanscape.•Rural property of Guado al Tasso - Council of Castagneto Carducci, Marina di Donoratico, LivornoPlanning and environmental improvement plan, of the existing rural complex. The external structure of the Villa it has been preserved and restored as per previous design and the floors, re-arranged with open spaces and modern layout. The volumes of the existing sheds and stalls, it has been reused, to develop new structures for serviced apartments, pool house and facilities.•Sacristy of San Niccolò Oltrarno, FlorenceWhen the restoration of the Polyptyc of Gentile da Fabriano was completed, the Organ of Artistic and Cultural Heritage wanted to bring it back to the Sacristy, where was before the big flood of 1966. The restoration was conducted in respect of the pre-existed conditions pursuing a compatible construction methodology and providing appropriate illuminations to the paints and the old furniture. The completion of works was celebrated with a public ceremony and a publication of a small guide book.
