    Located not so far from Diesel HQ in Breganze, Noventa is an outlet flagship store. Here I managed a big international team composed by two supervisors and 18 sale assistants that become 22 during summer period. Thanks to my past experiences, to the trust that my operation manager and the corporate given to me, and overall to the efforts that the team members put all over the year, the store reached several important milestones during 2019 such as best yearly turnover and daily record net sale ever. I proposed different solutions in store operations starting from set up and refit of the stockroom and BOH, changing the schedule of the deliveries days and make the goods flow more fluent. Than I focused and coached the team on customer service that in outlet stores sometimes is not so easy due the high foot-flow (some days store counted up to 7.000 entries in a day), improving important KPI’s like CR, UPT and CRM catchment rate. Fundamental was follow VM brand guidelines and keep high VM standards. Important job was done also in recruiting where the temporary summer sale assistants were selected with care even if they didn’t had too much experience and they helped to make the difference. Given constant feedbacks to the buying and allocator departments thanks weekly analysis reports, we tried to have the best stock available as possible, requesting improving of needs in best seller items, or asking for special price for the worst seller or end of stock items. Store registered for 12 months in a year improvement in net sale vs LY. Noventa Diesel store is one of the top 6 important company store in Europe included outlet and full price stores (125 stores in total) in terms of turnover and team size and it closed year 2019 at 12th place in the McArthur Glen Noventa village outlet ranking net sale (166 stores in total). In December I was included in the list of the best 5 store managers for the entire commercial village 2019 by the McArthur Glen Noventa management.

    I followed the new opening of the Coach store in Noventa di Piave Venice outlet from the recruiting starting from the SM Assistant to the international sale assistant team and stock keeper. In Coach I had the possibility to learn a lot about Luxury LG product and Modern Luxury customer service, with a lot trainings and information about the history brand, leather product processes and customer service with the American style and approach.All of those elements were at the base to transmit to the customers the high quality of the materials of the famous American brand items and his mood and lifestyle.Coach Noventa Venice business was mainly made by Asian customers from China, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and Taiwan, but also in Summer by Occidental customer from all over the world and local of course.The Modern Luxury customer service needed very high quality standards to follow that was monitored by several Mystery Client checks and feedbacks that took in consideration fundamental points like “Welcome in store”, “Inspired by Coach quality, heritage and design”, “A personalized experience that meets my needs”, “Enriched by Coach fashion and styling advice”, “Motivated to build my relationship with Coach”.Thanks to the countless trainings in store with role play activities and to the big effort of the team members, Coach Noventa in 2018 was ranked 6th on 58 Coach stores in European retail channel (including Full-price and outlet price stores).I attended the SM meetings in Barcelona and in Dubai where new collections and new company projects were presented and the store performances were celebrated.Very high VM standards needed with new collection items delivered and displayed in floor every month.KPI analysis and weekly trade analysis were required to drive business, asking for best seller items or clearance items.
