Provide engineering support to the site molding operations to achieve production volumes at the highest quality, safety and lowest cost. Applying engineering principles and practices specifically related to the processing and validation of injection molds, but extending, in broad areas of assignments, to support of all molding operations.

Responsible for the planning and managing the implementation of engineering projects, working within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. Active participation in cross-functional teams to improve production processes, facilities, and reduce manufacturing and raw material costs and provide support to process engineers in the troubleshooting and optimization of manufacturing equipment.
