I'm Legal Counsel at SIS S.r.l., in Perugia area, and I'm also involved in all the activities of the Interparking Group in Italy, the owner of the company.I'm basically dealing with public tenders law, project financing procedures and contracts law.Moreover, during my ordinary activity, I face some other juridical matters regarding other branchs of the law.I'm a member of the vigilance committees under D.Lgs. 231/2001 of Interparking Italia S.r.l., Interparking Servizi S.r.l. and S.I.S. Segnaletica Industriale Stradale S.r.l.I'm the President of Project Parcheggi Recanati S.r.l., Board of Directors member at V Alpini Parking S.r.l., Nuova Navigliaccio S.r.l., Nuovo Garage Europa S.r.l., Park San Giusto S.p.A., New Linate Parking S.r.l., Interparking Prodotti e Servizi S.r.l.; all of those companies are owned by Interparking Group.

I worked as a full time legal consultant in this engineering Group, with main offices in Perugia and other offices in many parts of Italy, where basically, but not only, I've dealt with public tender law and contracts law

During my activity I've dealt with both civil and penal law, especially with the litigations; referring to civil law I have faced cases related to insurance law, taking care of the interests of very important insurance Companies.Referring to penal law I've faced several cases, some with national importance.
