Drafting and negotiation of international contracts around the world (P.R.C., U.S.A., Netherland, Qatar, Germany etc.) in the business segments of avionics and space systems, as well as electronic warfare, transponders and human to machine interface systems.I consult and handle all corporate legal processes including transactions, agreements, lawsuits, and patents. I develop company policy and position on legal issues. I research, anticipate, and guard company against legal risks. I guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.I structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents. I ensure adherence with Teaming Agreements, Supply Contracts, and Cooperation Agreements to enable the participation in proposing international tenders and finalising confidentiality agreements.I review and investigate urgent breaches in contractual arrangements while solidifying relationships with suppliers and commercial partners. I efficiently interpret legal texts, internal notes, and other legal documents.I manage litigation and extrajudicial consulting.The following are highlights of the value I brought to Leonardo S.p.a.: ☛ I contributed towards trial preparation processes for litigation and international arbitration while interfacing with external consultants to effectively devise Settlement Agreements and confirm extra-judicial consulting. ☛ I managed the negotiations associated with settling legal issues for Airbus Deutschland GmbH to reduce initial claim from €10 million to €3 million in 2016. ☛ I successfully drafted and executed contract negotiations with OCCAR, securing the design, production, and in-service support of No. 6 Multipurpose Patrol ships worth up to €1 billion.

Drafting and negotiation (for Ansaldo STS) of Transfer of Technology Agreement, Non Disclosure Agreement, Commercial Contracts in general, Consortium Agreement, together with other companies, concerning the participation to international tender related to global Railway & Mass Transit Transportation Systems with the provision of traffic management, planning, train control and signalling systems and services. I gave accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics, including, partnerships, and international ventures. I collaborated with management to devise efficient legal strategies. I specified internal governance policies and regularly monitored trade compliance. I researched and evaluated different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations. I applied effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. I processed arbitration requests, coordinated litigation activities, and engaged with external law firms to transfer knowledge and build cases. I conducted regular assessments of legal documentation to preserve corporate compliance with local and international laws, collaborating with the Trade Compliance Officer to consolidate efforts and increase efficiency. The following are highlights of the value I brought to Ansaldo STS S.p.a: ☛ I prepared, refined and executed negotiation procedures for the Transfer of Technology Agreement, worth up to €40M, with a Chinese company, formulating terms for non-disclosure agreements also. ☛ I collaborated with colleagues to draft and produce integral documentation to facilitate with the implementation of the co-funded EU Shift2Rail research programme, one of the largest initiatives worth €80 billion over seven years.

* Drafting and negotiation (for Finmeccanica Group companies) of framework agreements, cooperation agreements, trade agreements, Off-set agreements, Research agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Non-Disclosure Agreement.* Assistance and support to handle issues relating to commercial contracts of substantial economic value with special profiles of criticality.* Management and coordination of activities in connection with litigation of significant subsidiaries (approximately 100 cases pending) and management of litigation of strategic interest to the Group or with particular risk profiles.The following are highlights of the value I brought to Leonardo S.p.a: ☛ I spearheaded negotiations involving Lockheed Martin Corporation to discuss terms and secure development of the Umbrella Agreement for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Programme within Europe worth up to €6bn.☛ I successfully guaranteed the involvement of Italian companies to contribute to SESAR, a research project aimed at developing the new generation of Air Traffic Management systems within Europe.

* SO.GE.PA is the Finmeccanica Group company that manages the project “Corporate Simplification”, aimed at managing, restructuring and divestiture of over 100 shares which are no longer fall within the core business of the Group. * Drafting and negotiation of contracts for the sale of shares, contracts transaction aimed at closing events litigation impeding the sale of shares or the liquidation of affiliated companies or subsidiaries.* Support to planning and implementation of special items of M&A, direct relationship with the organs of liquidation of subsidiaries companies.* Drafting of minutes of meetings of the Board of the company and its subsidiaries.
