Marco was the President/CEO of Lift Event Management (LEM) and Flying Aviation Expo. Marco has been in the exposition industry for more than 25 years. Before co-founding LEM he spent several years as the National Sales Executive for one of the top general contractors in the US for trade shows, special events, and custom exhibits. Marco has an eclectic background that has provided him with considerable experience at senior levels in sales, operations, and management in a variety of business sectors. He personally owned and promoted two expositions in various industries.Marco is a serial entrepreneurial with experience that includes the ownership of a leading exposition services company in the New Jersey tri-state area. The company was voted “fast growing exposition services company in the tri-state” within the first three years of operation. He founded and promotes the FLYING Aviation Expo, Northeast Dive and Travel Expo in 1998 and co-owned and promoted CHOPPER XPO from 2004 – 2006. CHOPPER XPO was the largest indoor Custom Motorcycle Show in the country for several years. Marco also founded and was the co-owner of Digital Assets Group (DAG) Entertainment in 1998. The company was credited with two children’s programs on ABC Family and Discovery kids, received an EMMY nomination in 2007, and won a Daytime EMMY in 2008.When Marco is not starting or managing successful companies he enjoys flying airplanes. His interest in the aviation industry began when he achieved his pilot’s license and began flying 2002.
