About Marco Pessoa

Over the past 15 years, I have worked as a technical specialist on numerous projects involving Microsoft products. I have focused on unified communication and have implemented Exchange Server, Skype for Business, and their integration with public telephone systems. At the start of my career, I worked as a support analyst for three years, which provided me with valuable experience working closely with end-users. This allowed me to develop strong listening skills and the ability to provide efficient and effective solutions for customers.I then transitioned to become a Microsoft consultant, where I expanded my technical knowledge and became a Unified Communications Specialist. I remained in this position for seven years, during which I faced numerous challenges and overcame them through a combination of technical expertise, certifications, and strong interpersonal skills. Motivated by my desire to pursue my dreams, I decided to take on a role on the Technical Experts team at Microsoft. This allowed me to use my experience to support customers in their digital transformation journeys..During my time at Microsoft, I have gained a wealth of knowledge, overcome many challenges, and seized numerous opportunities. I spent five years as a Premier Field Engineer and have since joined the team of Technical Specialists.Currently, I am responsible for technically positioning our solutions focused on modern work, while also maintaining close relationships with our partners who accelerate and contribute to our growth. I oversee and conduct proof of concept demonstrations to showcase the full value of our solutions to our clients. Additionally, I am always seeking internal initiatives to improve our telemetry processes, team training, and technical contributions to the technology community through webinars, presentations, and technical articles.
