The role involves definition and execution of the Export After Sales business related to spare parts, accessories, apparel, services and warranty related to the aftermarket product for Aprilia, Piaggio, Moto Guzzi brand.Specifically, this includes: - Responsibility on sales and cost budget (profit and loss account)- directing and developing of marketing plan for world wide major markets- prices definition, discounts, distributive strategy per markets- market information, communication and awareness about services and product- product life management (Phase in, Phase out, positioning and concurrence comparison)- promotion, campaigns, canvass and events planning- business intelligence by product and dealer- assessment of commercial actions and benchmarking vs. best-in-class competitors- control of stock - stock locator project leader- logistic procedure and warehouses management - order management web based project leader (developing and rules)- forecast of purchasing, contract proposal and supplier developing- supplier knowledge and monitoring of level of service (back order control)- definition of dealer bonuses and incentive plan - sales agents and staff motivation with bonuses and incentive planning- monitoring employee performances and measuring commercial actions results The Export dept of Business Unit Spare part & Accessories is developed in 8 branches (Germany, France, UK, Holland, Spain, Greece, USA, Japan) and 42 importers.

This role in Ferrari was related to the activity: to verify the performances in terms of reliability of the Ferrari cars on the market study all the action to improve it and avoid sefety problems and reduce the warranty costannounce and organize and build the budget of recall campaign.In particular the responsibility was:1)Responsability on the warranty cost budget related to the reliability for the Ferrari GT product, the measurement of the defect and technical problems, the reporting to the steering committee 2)Responsablility of the recall campaign world-wide 3)Responsablility of the new projects:• pre-ownd used Ferrari - worldwide program sales • returns of materials replaced under warranty • automatic supplier invoicing for recall campaign cost4)Responsablility of weekly result and data presentation at the meeting with Quality dept, Production dept and Purchasing dept in order to put in place the action plan for the product reliability improvement.

European market warranty manager and technical manager.This role was related to the management of the after sales Ferrari European Network on the aspect of training, tools, know how, spare parts and cost budgetting for warranty services.
