In the last two years I have been working as project manager for one of the most innovative companies in Australia as Project Manager and technical team leader of the mobile department. My duties included coordinating the development and the maintenance of iOS and Android apps for more the 500k daily users. The team I managed was around twenty people, including designers and data scientists.For the past 8 years I've also worked as an iOS developer and Android developer, focusing with many clients to create applications and games for the iPhone, iPad and Android devices. As Team Leader, I find a passion for mentoring Junior developers, setting goals for releases, and managing our projects from end to end. I really love being able to share with all my teams my knowledge and being responsible for all the technical decision related to the project, while also collaborating and allowing my team members to bring their innovative ideas to the table.I'm a Swift and Kotlin enthusiast and in love with RxSwift and RxJava. Lately, I have been working on some React Native projects and I found it super interesting.I have a passion for problem solving and love working on complex problems trying to find the best solution in the most pragmatic way possible. I’m interested in developing challenging software systems being part of all different aspects, from the requirements, through the design and the implementation all the way up to testing, deployment and maintenance.
