This passion for helping others has been the cornerstone of my professional journey over the past 16 years, during which I have had the privilege of working in the treatment sector. For 15 of those years, I have dedicated my efforts to the fields of substance use disorder and mental health nursing, where I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of compassionate care.My career began in 2008 as a behavioral health technician, a role that allowed me to engage directly with patients and understand the complexities of their struggles. This foundational experience ignited my commitment to the field and set me on a path of continuous growth and development. Always looking for opportunities to heighten my footprint in the SUD and mental health sectors. Over the years, I have advanced to the position of program director for two inpatient facilities, where I have had the opportunity to lead teams, implement effective treatment programs, and advocate for the needs of our patients. Each step of my journey has reinforced my belief in the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness.
