• People manager activities and ensure world-class finance support for the global teams in the EG Supply Chain organization (ESC).

• Meet with all the financial analysts within the organization to understand the forecast models and scenario analysis comparing Prior Year, Prior Quarter and Prior Year, to develop final narratives to senior management.

• Owner of the Cost of Sales Budget for various Management Reporting Units and manage the spend Forecast process by quarter in several accounts as travel, compensation and benefits, departmental transferences, Head Count.
• Support the organization during month end close processes reviewing and monitoring spend well as follow up in adhoc investigations for unusual items detected in order to get to an attainment of +-2% from forecast.
• Book journal vouchers and intercompany transactions when required, preparing and distributing reports of the actual spend and Accounting & Finance Manual policy implementations.
• Total Cost of Workforce (TCOW) Forecast by reviewing historical Salaries and Wages, forecasting the Payroll Taxes & Benefits (PT&B) and coordinate with Human Resources the headcount plans.
• Work with Regions and Global Business Units to identify and close financial and process gaps.

• Drive business plan elements to deliver Fiscal Year Goals on P&L numbers and work with Regions and GBUs to identify and close financial and process gaps.
