I'm an ICT project manager, technical project manager, program manager, interim manager, change manager, product owner, scrum master, E2E System Integrator and Solution Train Engineer.Since 2020 I've worked in the Telecom domain; for Liberty Global and Infosys. At the moment in the role of a Solution train engineer (agile coordinator of all software deliveries in the Connectivity domain).For several years I performed operational management of the team project managers, -architects and information analysts for KLM Cargo. As part of that role I helped in the implementation of the Agile way of working for KLM Cargo. After that I have worked as project manager and product owner in the KLM data center - on subjects like databases, designing system migration to Public Cloud and supporting applications on on premise Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry environments.In my role as project manager within KLM Cargo I was in some projects responsible for managing several other projects managers - and also took responsibility for a large part of the "business" side of the project (business process design, business implementation).I have experience in development projects (more and more using Agile), infrastructure projects and selection projects (incl. selections according to the European rules). Furthermore I have experience as coach of project managers, scrum masters, project architects and development team management and have experience as scrum master, product owner, adviser system development, as contract manager and as change manager. In general: I like projects or assignments with a broad scope; technical, functional, organisational and cultural/human aspects.Specialities: Agile, selection of hard- and software, leading software development, leading software implementation, complex projects.
