 Position: Senior Engineer Act as Project Leader (Construction Dep.) . Running projects : Etisalat Telemisr phase 2 switch : Total Amount 35,000,000 L.E• Duties included:• Site survey• All civil works scope coordination with consultant office like retrofitting, foundation , steel works and buildings.• Pricing (Bill of Quantity) with planning.• Handling objections with the client about pricing.• Making an activities schedules.• Following up all running activities.• Securing a good support for (HVAC, Electro mechanical and firefighting)regarding all civil works which related to the activities.• Following up on finishing the work details ( plastering , painting, flooring , raised floor , false ceiling , gypsum board , aluminum partitions and doors ) with specs and very high quality in installations.• Handing over the finished work in site to the client.• Budgeting cost, actual cost, revenue and the budget revenue.• Dealing with subcontractors and site supervisors.• Maintaining the client satisfaction with the high quality of work and good communications.• Making sure to achieve profit margin for no less than 20%. Awayed Alex mobinil switch : Total Amount 10,500,000 L.E Etisalat Telemisr Phase1 switch: Total Amount 11,000,000 L.E  Etisalat Solar Cell Project: Total Amount 35,000,000 L.E - Duties included:• 75 sites in four regions (Alex- Sinai - Delta – Upper Egypt).• Convert all sites to solar power instead of Gas power.• Site survey and all access.• Coordinate all actions with consultant office, Suppliers Company, and the end client.• Following up with all constructions (civil – steel structure– installing equipment).• Clearing all snags from sites and finishing the technical files for all the sites.• Dealing with all the finance (cost, revenue)
