Mobile Voice and Telecom services responsible, managing several services like key fobs, more than 1,800 Nextel radios, cell phones, long distance cards, audio conference IDs and all the invoice analysis for all current Telecom services. In Charge of licensing management following the SAM best practices, getting 100% compliance for DSC Mexico.One of the main goals in that role was the Fixed Voice Migration in the Corporate Building from Digital / Analog to VoIP, the toll free numbers migration from Axtel to Telmex getting a better rate per minute and finally ITUS Implementation as the tool that manage all the Infrastructure services per user getting a better administration.
