Our current investors include angel investors, high net worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutional investors.The Fund focuses on many distinct product sectors including (1) fixed income opportunities and (2) high profile pre-ipo companies that have the best chance to have a successful initial public offering in the future based on multiple factors including but not limited to board makeup, founder’s history of ventures, other venture capital firms involved, acceptance of the product and the status of the overall market. (3) Investments in the hospitality and real estate industry as a co-developer/investor and finance provider. (4) Sophisticated counter-party transactions with other members of the financial community for such matters as risk transfer, stock lending and other exotic transactions in an attempt to magnify profit potential. (5) Stock loans and/or creative transactions to provide liquidity to investors, employees, and cap table members of early stage companies.
