I was brought into this role to improve an antiquated process in the tooling offload group and served as the lead for the Philadelphia Tool Offload group, servicing the CH-47, V-22 and F/A-18 programs. I inherited a process that was entirely paper based and eliminated all paper from the process and streamlined many of the steps involved in the process of ordering and managing the production of all contract tooling used at the Ridley Park site from small bench top tools to large scale jig/fixture tooling.

I was the Philadelphia Site Focal/Subject Matter Expert for several enterprise level manufacturing quality assurance programs called MSE (Manufacturing Self Examination) and Process Surveillance. I have a wide range of responsibilities including administrative duties, metrics maintenance/generation, internal systems testing and validation, process compliance surveillances, procedural validation and maintenance, maintaining process specific command media, coaching . I am also the Philadelphia Site Focal/Subject Matter Expert Expert for the Enterprise Process Evaluation System (EPES) which is widely used by Quality as well as other functions across all programs at the Philadelphia site for the tracking of process surveillance non-conformances from discovery/identification, disposition, implementation of corrective action, through CA validation/measure of effectiveness.As the MSE subject matter expert for Philadelphia I developed a back-end system of process codes within our MES system to provide an unprecedented level of control to the MSE process at for the Ridley Park site. This system worked within the existing MES system and was benchmarked by several other BDS sites, leading me to be recognized as an Enterprise level MSE1 subject matter expert.I have a number of additional duties including but not limited to: participating in RCCA activities, providing program specific support, systems administration and maintenance, providing process specific training to manufacturing employees, and supporting LDDR investigation activities (Loss, Damage, Destruction Reporting) with the Government Property group for Boeing Philadelphia.I am also an AS9100 Certified Lead Auditor and supported the Philadelphia site internal audit team on compliance audits, process audits as well as 3rd party (NQA) and customer audits (SASS & AOI audits) with internal Boeing personnel in support of our DCMA/US Army Customers (including escorting of external auditors during these activities.
