• Developed new and innovative business model for the Toronto based, non-profit organization, FoodShare. Resulted in a long-term financial sustainability by shifting their funding strategy from grant reliance to public/private sector partnerships.• Led a foresighting project for Toronto Board of Education’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, to uncover the challenges facing education in the next 20 years and to develop a strategic response to the challenges predicted.• Developed a strategic plan for Smart Risk’s Distracted Driving initiatives using the corporation’s theory of change as a guiding principle for innovation. The plan challenged Smart Risk to reframe their role within the civic arena in relation to distracted driving.
