I oversee the planning and the implementation of all aspects of the specific project I am working on. I work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:• Review of Customer’s expectations/requirements to set the project objectives for start-up• Review of budget and required delivery. Cross check between offered and actual scope of supply• Full technical review of project requirements and applicable documentation• Issue of all main sub-orders in timely fashion• Plan main project milestones and daily monitor project progresses• Establish a proper and effective communication with Customers to understand and achieve their expectations. Be the Customer’s focus point in Flowserve and the voice of the Customer in FLS organization

POLIRIM designs and manufactures OEM’s parts for the main players in the agricultural, construction and truck markets.My main job responsability is coordinating the project from the preliminary study of the customer passing through its engineerig and ending with its final release in production.
