Actividades realizadas son mapeo geológico de sondajes, control operacional del turno y subcontratos, supervisión de políticas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

IMG is a mining consulting company, dedicated to the development of different studies and geological services delivery. It has over 500 employees, of which 100 are geologists.I served as Contracts Manager in Minera Escondida Limitada, the biggest copper mine in the world, where I'm in charge of the contracts of Geology, Sampler Process, and Sampling Blasting Well. Among the three contracts we had about 200 workers and bill around 12 million dollars per year. I was involved in an innovative challenge to be in charge of developing a software for managing the storage of drill core samples.Monitors financial and operational performance of the contracts held by the company, interacting with administrators.Ensures compliance with quality standards of services provided, safety and environment in each of the tasks.Participate in follow-up meetings with clients in each contract, evaluating the performance of them and establishing new needs and opportunities for improvement.Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes of the organization, propose changes to the general management and participates in its implementation, if approved.

Contract managing that includes 90 people, 40 of them geologists.Services under my responsibility are geological and geotechnical mapping, statistical control of mineral, hydro geological monitoring, assistant geology and monitoring wells in remote areas.My responsibilities over the contract are financial control, ensuring proper compliance with contractual aspects, process optimization, management of quality control mechanisms for each service, adjusting them if necessary, supervision of work HSEC, ensuring the maintenance of Integrated Managing System in the organization.

This results allowed us to get financial contributions from CORFO, a fiscal financing organization that promotes innovative companies. Subsequently.In 2012 we got the Avonni Prize in the category Energy, this is the highest public-private award for innovation in Chile. The Heat Guard Technology is one of the tools valid for points in LEED certification for energy efficient buildings.At this moment we are selling U$700.000 per year, I am participating as a board member.

Farellon was a professional alternative to manage condominiums. Value creation was trough procedures implementation and use of technology.At that stage the company manage 10 condominiums with 1000 apartments involved and teams with 80 work-persons.As co-founder I was involved in all the functional areas of the company.
