• Complete first article reports to document assembly process and make improvements for mass production
• Responsible for keeping documentation, bill of materials and assembly procedures, up to date and in compliance with customer specifications with minimal delay during build process
• Responsible for designing, developing, and rapid prototyping tooling used to aid in manufacturing processes through the use of 3D modeling software and 3D printing
• Design custom testing procedures and fixtures for various cable harness designs by utilizing testing machine and scripts written in programming language, LUA, to ensure customer requirements are met
