I am in charge of Corporate business sales management for Centre & South Italy thru Sales executives and key accounts.

Sales Manager Italy for Insurance and Replacement BusinessMy customers are Long Term and Insurance/Towing Companies.I am responsible for Sales negotiations, and I manage key accounts, an internal dedicated Call Centre and Implants (inside customers).For Hertz, Replacement segment is the biggest domestic revenue segment.

I was in the Sales Team, and I followed a huge part of Rome area.In addition to this I managed some branches, and all the process of: client research, sales negotiation, agreement signature, candidates selection and presentation, payment.I use to sell temporary staff, staff leasing, training, permament placement, payroll services, etc etc.
