As a Social Media Manager, I was in charge of managing all the operations related to social media and e-commerce, including:• Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the brand and the products of MuranoNet on various online channels, such as social media, search engines, blogs and partner websites. • Writing and publishing original and quality content for the website and the social media of MuranoNet, using copywriting, storytelling and SEO techniques to attract and engage the target audience. • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the online marketing campaigns, using web analytics, reporting and customer feedback tools, and making the appropriate changes to optimize the results. • Managing and coordinating the community of MuranoNet, interacting with customers and potential customers on social media and via email, providing information, assistance and advice on the products and the Murano glass. • Collaborating with the team of MuranoNet and with external suppliers, such as glass masters, photographers, graphic designers and web developers, to ensure the quality and consistency of the products and the content of MuranoNet.In this role, I contributed to increase the traffic, the sales and the reputation of MuranoNet, making it one of the main players in the online Murano glass sector.
