Supervising and coordinating the activities of a group of employees who deliver packages to customers. Some of my duties included:- Planning and assigning routes and schedules for delivery staff- Monitoring and evaluating the performance and safety of delivery staff- Providing training and feedback to delivery staff- Resolving customer complaints and issues related to delivery service- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations- Maintaining records and reports of delivery operations

- Responsible for picking up, transporting, and dropping off parcels.- Loading and unloading parcels to/from vehicles- Using only memory (no navigation tools or maps) to find the best routes and avoid traffic- Communicating with customers and colleagues to confirm delivery details and handle issues- Collecting payments and signatures from customers- Following safety rules and regulations while driving and handling parcelsAs a delivery employee you need a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and some experience in driving and customer service. You also need to have physical strength, stamina, and coordination to lift and carry heavy items. Additionally, you should have good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as a positive and professional attitude.

As a flight attendant for Swiss International Air Lines, I had to prepare for each flight by attending a briefing session at the SWISS Operation Center, where I met my crew members and received important information. I also checked the equipment and cleanliness of the plane before the passengers boarded. During the boarding process, I monitored the passengers for any suspicious behavior and instructed them on the safety procedures. Once the plane was in the air, I took care of the passengers’ comfort by serving drinks and food, handling any requests or complaints, and providing first aid if needed. I was also trained to evacuate the plane in case of an emergency. After landing, I helped the passengers to disembark. On longhaul flights, I had some time off duty, while on shorthaul flights, I repeated the same tasks after the cabin was cleaned.
