- Contribute and implement new or changed programs / changed products as requested by our external customers and OEM's. - Support platform development with assigned customers and ensure customer requirements are met by been primary line of contact for technical and commercial questions, warranty and quality issues.- Determine technical requirements and address technical or application issues by applying quality assurance tools (8D, SPC, DFMEA, etc) and Automotive standards (TS16949, PPAP, APQP).- Developing product and pricing road maps and value propositions to drive customer growth while maintaining operational profitability.
- Support project teams to achieve on time launch of projects and maintain project documentation.- Responsible for sample build activities.- Working with lead Design Engineer in creating FMEA's, control plans, test plans and maintaining them.
