As the team leader of a five people group I have overseen a project in collaboration with Politecnico di Torino and a startup in order to develop the strategic and economic plan needed for the growth of the venture through market research, business planning development and pricing strategy. Finally the business plan has been discussed with a panel of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and business angels.
