The company operates in the food and beverage industry through various stores in Italy and the UK, in food production industry and hotellerie market with one hotel.I am responsible for setting the business strategy and for its successful execution and I directly report to the main shareholder. I supervise all corporate functions and I am also in charge of the definition and implementation of the development plan. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep knowledge of the food industry, both for the retail and production side. Moreover, I have developed my abilities of managing a complex company and all its functions, including both the staff and the everyday business challenges. The ability to maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders and the ability to manage the typical dynamics of a family business it is essential in my line of work.
