My education is entirely artistic, since high school I have always followed my passion for theater and cinema. After completing my studies entirely related to the movie/media/entertainment sector, I've decided to pursue a career that was more economically sustainable for me at the moment, in the catering sector as a cook (cooking and food in general are my second passion). I went from fast food to various types of Italian restaurants and international cuisine. After more than four years in this sector, I decided to leave Italy to venture into an experience abroad, always starting with catering since it's easy to find to start with. My first job in Amsterdam was as night receptionist in a large hotel / hostel in Amsterdam, finding myself faced with a new challenge that I feel I have won. It is a team effort, and coming from the restaurant business this was not a real challenge. Covid hit the sector hard, and I am finding myself open to my next challenge.
