Oversee the Association’s day-to-day financial and operational activities, ensuring the internal daily planning, implementation, management and oversight of the organization. This includes planning and administration of budgets, federal grant administration, compliance audits, insurance policies, legal counsel liaison, and all aspects of information technology, facilities/operations, security, and human resources. Work in collaboration and in partnership with the President and the Board of Directors in developing and executing the internal operational strategies necessary to achieve the goals and objectives.• Operational Management: Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the Association (includes HR, IT and facilities). Responsible for board communications, logistic and management for board meetings. • Fiscal Management: Responsible for financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing trends and assessing the financial health of the Association. Oversee the operations of the Association’s finance department, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures. Responsible for financial reporting to Board of Directors Audit and Finance Committee. • Government Contracts: Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions and minimizing the risk of contractual disputes. Adept at developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures, improving contract governance and increasing efficiency in contract administration.• Strategic Planning: Lead the process for drafting of the Association’s strategic plan, including, developing plans, analyzing data, liaising with board of directors and aligning goals to achieve the Association’s objectives.

Oversaw client engagements in the areas of sales, marketing, branding, communications, branding, digital strategies, crisis management, executive leadership, change management, and operations management. Developed, established, and directed the execution of operating policies. Collaborated with the executive team to develop and manage the strategic 5-year plan. Managed administrative, human resources, risk management, and legal activities. Negotiated client contracts, partnership agreements, and leases. Directed financial planning and operations.> Devised highly efficient infrastructure and processes, leveraging automated integrated applications, to support all areas of operations with minimal staff and expenses. > Established and managed key performance indicators. > Generated annual revenue of $3.7 million via client engagements spanning corporate, non-profit, and government environments.> Fostered company’s growth, expanding from initial 2 clients to 9 clients with same staff count of 9.> Managed delivery of services to clients in the U.S. and internationally through Business Development, Executive Leadership Development, and Global Management Consulting areas of practice.
