I become Senior Partner and part of global leadership of Mercer - one of the largest international professional services network - after 25 stimualting and challenging years in our Industry.As Mercer Italy CEO, I drive my teams to support our clients on many strategic challenges related to People and organization as well as to perform our Wealth business to Italian Institutional investors.I developed during my time at Mercer the market leader consulting organization on Human Capital management.
