Modiform is a family owned company, offering solutions in cultivation, transport, and packaging systems for the horticulture supply chain based on recycled raw materials. Responsible for development of marketing capabilities, product management and facilitation of strategy process with the executive board.

The Flower Council of Holland stimulates demand for flowers and plants in various European countries. We do this by communicating about flowers and plants, and by uniting the horticulture sector.

Unicum Freesia is the first grower association in The Netherlands and promotes the interests of freesia growers who together represent a total acreage of more than 30 hectares. Unicum Freesia products find their way through an international network of exporters to all parts of the world, by means of forward sales. As chairman my responsibility was to lead the cooperation, facilitate discussions between growers and decision making, set policies, and professionalize the Unicum organization.

Managing the marketing teams and marketing and communications activities across the globe (focus on EMEA with supporting teams in North America, LATAM and APAC). Responsible for: positioning of major product labels aligned with corporate branding, positioning and introduction of product portfolios by means of website, catalogues, trade shows, fairs, events, calendars, etc. Also aligning all corporate branding activities to label and product branding activities, integrate new companies and teams within our processes, drive the corporate reputation, press contact, develop and implement our digital strategy and increase customer focus driving our commercial ambitions.

Manager at Royal FloraHolland and responsible for setting up our activities in international markets and realizing innovation. Main goal is to enlarge the market potential of FloraHolland members. Direct responsible for a team of professionals who are working in different (geographical) development area's.

Managing an international team of professionals with collegues in the Netherlands, Kenya, Ethiopia, Israel, Spain, Italy and Colombia. Since 2013 Germany as production area had been added to the scope of the team. Responsible for the implementation and development of commercial activities and services regarding contract sales of flowers and plants towards the international growers and buyers of FloraHolland.
